Barinor Holdings
Barinor Holdings is a respected investment holding company, that is engaged in various investment initiatives for the benefit of its shareholders. These interests include property holding, development, and park management, as well as owning an operational wine farm and brokerage. D’Aria Vineyards (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Barinor Holdings, is responsible, in partnership with RPP Developments, for the development of the upmarket Klein D’Aria Estate.

Riaan is a qualified attorney and is a past Executive Director of the Arabella Group, where he gained extensive experience in hospitality, wine farms and property development. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a listed property company on the JSE, Equites.
Piet is a qualified attorney and specialises in the legal elements of property development. He has served on many Boards and non-government organisations such as the Voortrekker Road Corridor Improvement District (VRCID) over the years. He is also the past Chairman of the Bellville Sakekamer and AHI Western Cape.
Gerald is the Executive Chairman of the Barinor Holdings (Pty) Ltd Board and CEO of the business. Under his leadership, the commercial property portfolio of Barinor has grown to include the prestigious The Vineyards Office Estate in Bellville, ongoing property and park management of various Barinor investment properties, the Klein D’Aria Estate.
Jock is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a founder member of Bridgeport Properties, a national property development company which also co-developed The Vineyards Office Estate. He is also the Managing Director of RPP Developments, which in partnership with D’Aria, is responsible for the development of Klein D’Aria Estate.
Greg has extensive experience in the national and international property industries. He also has a strong background and exposure to investment banking thanks to his former position as Regional Manager of BoE. He later joined the Rabie Property Group and was active in establishing the Century City Centre and Hotel as well as the company, Century City Connect.
RPP Developments (Pty) Ltd is a national property developer, that specialises in commercial, industrial, retail, and residential property development for both institutional and private investors.
Owned and managed by a team of experienced and knowledgeable property professionals, RPP Developments has a proven track record for successful development initiatives. Being fully committed to realising the property objectives of investors, clients, and partners, is what distinguishes them.
RPP Developments is responsible for the development of the commercial properties in the Klein D’Aria Estate.
